This course provides an introduction to the EPAF system. This system is used to process changes to personnel records. This includes changes in pay for hourly and salary employees, Index/FOAP changes, to terminate a temporary assignment with no end date, supervisor changes, title changes, and revisions that should be recorded in an individual's personnel file or that require payroll action. The EPAF is used as a transmittal form for the approval of the personnel action.
